Polar Air Cargo To Pay $100M In Cargo Antitrust MDL
Polar Air Cargo LLC will pay $100 million to settle claims it conspired with other carriers to fix the price of air cargo services, bringing the total amount of settlements in the multidistrict litigation to more than $1.14 billion, Hausfeld LLP and Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP attorneys announced Thursday.
