NYC Owes $5M On Top Of $625M 9/11 Settlement
New York City must pay an additional $5 million through its insurance company to a class of workers who won a $625 million settlement in 2010 over their injuries in rescue and recovery operations after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, a federal judge ruled Friday.

Grubb & Ellis Allows Cleanup Workers' 9/11 Suits To Proceed
Bankrupt commercial real estate advisory firm Grubb & Ellis Co. on Thursday agreed to allow cleaning and repair workers hurt in the World Trade Center cleanup after the 9/11 attacks to proceed with litigation against it to pursue the firm's insurance funds.
