Reserve Must Hand Over Emails In Investor Fraud MDL
A New York federal judge ruled Monday that Reserve Management Co. Inc. must turn over 60 emails exchanged between a top executive and his wife in a multidistrict litigation claiming the mutual fund manager misled investors in the wake of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s collapse.

More Cases Stripped From Reserve Securities MDL
A month after remanding eight others, a federal judge has sent two more suits in securities multidistrict litigation against Reserve Management Co. Inc. back to the New York state court where they were originally filed, saying Reserve failed to show a basis for federal jurisdiction in any of the suits.
