Retailers Renew Class Cert. Bid In Milk Antitrust Dispute
Milk retailers in a proposed class action that was recently revived by the Sixth Circuit and accuses Dean Foods Co. and others of conspiring to limit competition in the milk market renewed their bid for class certification Tuesday, saying their claims involve common questions that predominate over individual issues.
