QBE Not Liable For Wilma-Damaged Condo, Fla. Judge Rules
A Florida magistrate judge on Friday dismissed a suit brought by a condominium association accusing QBE Insurance Corp. of failing to fully repay it for damage incurred during Hurricane Wilma, finding that the plaintiff failed to meet its burden of proof and didn't comply with its post-loss obligations.
