A New York federal judge on Monday remanded to state court Kentucky's suit alleging Purdue Pharma LP misrepresented the addictiveness of Oxycontin to consumers and defrauded Medicaid, dismissing Purdue's argument that the case was a class action under federal jurisdiction.
