Pfizer Inc. on Wednesday lost its bid for a new trial in a multidistrict litigation in Massachusetts in which the drug company was ordered to pay $237 million to the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan for violating racketeering law in its marketing of pain drug Neurontin.
