Retailers Fight For Price-Fixing Claims In Cathode Ray MDL
Retailers seeking millions of dollars in damages over an alleged cathode ray tube price-fixing plot said Friday that a special master working on the multidistrict litigation had bungled the law in suggesting some of their claims should be dismissed.
