Saks Settles OT Suit After Blocking Class Cert. Bid
After defeating a class certification attempt, Saks Inc. reached a proposed $115,000 settlement with a small group of managers accusing the company of misclassifying them as exempt from overtime, according to a joint motion filed in California federal court Monday seeking approval of the deal.
