Baseball Bat Maker Gets Judgment In Injury Suit Reversed
An Oklahoma federal judge overturned a judgment Wednesday against Hillerich & Bradsby Co., the maker of Louisville Slugger baseball bats, denouncing the evidence that caused a jury to favor a young baseball player who claimed his facial injury was caused by the bats.
