Bayer Pays $15M To Soothe Consumers In Aspirin MDL
Bayer Corp. has agreed to pay $15 million to resolve class action claims that it misled consumers into believing its combination aspirin drugs had received regulatory approval, according to a settlement motion filed in New York federal court Wednesday.
