Nissan Dodges Smart Key Roll-Away Accusations
A California federal judge axed a putative class action Thursday alleging Nissan North America Inc.'s smart key system is dangerous because it can allow cars to roll away when the engine is off, saying none of the plaintiffs actually experienced a rollaway and that they failed to allege any injury.
