Injured Wal-Mart Workers Seek Approval Of $8M Settlement
A class of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. employees who accused the retailer of conspiring with health insurers to manipulate medical treatment for injured workers asked a Colorado federal judge Monday to sign off on an $8 million settlement.

Health Co. Seeks To Decertify Injured Wal-Mart Workers
Concentra Health Services Inc. asked a Colorado judge on Thursday to decertify a class of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. employees who allege the companies conspired with insurers to manipulate medical treatment for injured workers, saying the plaintiffs failed to show they received a uniform level of care.
