Raylon Atty Can't Ax Sanctions In Frivolous Patent Row
A Texas federal judge refused Monday to upend an order imposing nearly $29,000 in sanctions against an attorney involved in patent infringement litigation brought by Raylon LLC that was deemed frivolous, saying there was no "manifest error" in the decision.
