    Kid Clothing Giant's Investors Urge Approval Of $3M PwC Deal

    The lead plaintiff in a putative class action accusing children's clothing maker Carter's Inc. of a scheme to artificially inflate its stock price urged a Georgia federal judge Friday to grant final approval to a $3.3 million settlement with Carter's auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers, saying the deal is fair.
