Judge OKs Deals In Farmworker Bias Suit After Chiding EEOC
After criticizing the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's handling of settlements meant to resolve claims that four Hawaiian farms discriminated against Thai workers, a Hawaii federal judge has signed off on the deals, which total $2.4 million, the EEOC said Friday.
