Former "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" producer Page Television & Video Productions Inc. resolved a dispute in Minnesota with Television Food Network GP involving claims of breach of contract and intolerable working conditions, an attorney for the network announced Thursday.

Food Network Hits Back In Producer's Contract Suit
The Food Network hit former "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" producer Page Television & Video Productions Inc. with a $1.5 million countersuit in a breach of contract case Thursday in Minnesota, alleging Page's president made working conditions intolerable with profane, abusive emails.
