Symantec Will Pay $10M To End Software Double-Billing Suit
A California federal judge on Thursday indicated that he would approve a settlement worth about $10 million between Symantec Corp. and a class of at least 130,000 customers who claim the anti-virus software company illegally double-billed them when they upgraded their software subscriptions.
