Ex-Blackwater Contractors Want Docs In FCA Suit
Whistleblowers accusing Blackwater successor Academi Training Center Inc. of providing unqualified security guards in Iraq and Afghanistan asked a Virginia federal judge on Friday to compel the contractor to produce documents in their False Claims Act suit, claiming that Academi set an artificial cut-off date for requested documents.
