A New York federal judge on Friday refused to grant jeweler Vijay Gold Designs an injunction barring Helzberg's Diamond Shops Inc. from using the likeness of former world champion figure skater Dorothy Hamill to advertise a jewelry line, according to a Helzberg attorney.
