Eli Lilly Can't Escape Darvocet Suits While JPML Mulls Remand
A Kentucky federal judge has rejected a bid to toss a set of claims against Eli Lilly over the risks of Darvocet and other painkillers, saying the dispute appears to be headed back to California, where he earlier suggested it belongs.

Drugmakers Can't Appeal Remand of Darvocet Suits: 6th Circ.
The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday said Endo Pharmaceuticals and others cannot appeal a Kentucky federal judge's recommendation to remand cases alleging they failed to warn customers of risks associated with Darvocet and other painkillers containing propoxyphene to California federal courts, saying it would not expedite a resolution.
