Saab Trustee Settles With Ex-Execs To End Severance Claims
The trustee for the U.S. unit of Saab Automobile AB on Friday urged a Delaware bankruptcy judge to approve its $187,500 settlement to end severance claims brought by three of the company's former executives, filed after the automaker claimed their alleged missteps pushed the company into insolvency.
