Saab Creditors Demand Info On Ally's $61M Claim
Creditors of Saab Cars North America Inc. asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge Wednesday for an order forcing Ally Financial Inc. to disclose documents relating to the lender's $61 million claim and its seizure and sale of 900 vehicles, saying repeated requests have met with little success.
