Taiwanese auto lights manufacturer Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co. Ltd. and its U.S. distributor on Monday urged a California judge for a lenient sentence after pleading guilty to charges that it was involved in an international conspiracy to fix prices on aftermarket auto lights, asking the court to impose a reduced $5 million fine.
