Olin Says New Evidence Justifies Lower Superfund Penalty
Olin Corp. urged a New York federal judge Friday to reconsider his $2.45 million judgment against the chemical company for its role at a Superfund site in Niagara Falls, saying there is new evidence not presented at trial that would reduce its exposure to damages.
