NY Fails In Bid To Enforce $25B Mortgage Settlement
The New York attorney general's bid to enforce the terms of a $25 billion mortgage settlement with five banks was shot down on Monday when a D.C. federal judge ruled that the allegations of noncompliance against Wells Fargo & Co. were insubstantial.
