Sears To Pay $3.2M To Settle Sales Staff's OT Class Action
Sears Roebuck & Co. on Thursday won preliminary approval from a California federal judge for a $3.2 million settlement of class action claims that it shorted about 18,000 Golden State sales staff by excluding commissions from their overtime rates.
