T-Mobile Phones Infringe Connectivity Patent, Judge Rules
A New York judge has ruled that T-Mobile USA Inc. phones infringe On Track Innovations Ltd.'s patent covering connectivity technology and found that T-Mobile hasn't sufficiently shown that the patent is invalid, although it may try to do so at trial.
