Omnicare, Fla. Nursing Homes Settle Faulty Billing Suit
A Florida federal judge on Monday dismissed a $1.7 million suit launched by seven nursing homes alleging pharmacy giant Omnicare Inc. billed them for phantom goods and services and violated contract terms by giving better prices to competitors, saying the parties reached a settlement.
