Regions Bank Inc. on Wednesday asked a Texas federal court to let it intervene in an insurance fraud suit between Aetna Inc. and a bankrupt Texas hospital, saying its secured claim on roughly $3.6 million owed by the hospital supersedes Aetna's December $51 million judgment award.
