Honda Unit Agrees To Settle Accord Defect Class Action
American Honda Motor Co. Inc. has agreed to settle a putative class action over allegedly defective Accord vehicle models that quickly burn oil, agreeing to provide “valuable benefits” to settlement class members to resolve the litigation, according to papers filed in California federal court on Friday.
