A New York federal judge on Wednesday tossed a drug wholesaler's putative antitrust class action against Shire LLC for allegedly stifling generic competition for its blockbuster ADHD treatment Adderall XR, saying the company's behavior within its patent licensing agreements didn't create an antitrust issue.
