GSK Won't Produce Docs In Merck Antitrust Suit, Buyers Say
The purchasers suing Merck & Co. Inc. for allegedly lying about the efficacy of its mumps inoculation in order to keep competitors from bringing their own versions of the vaccine told a Pennsylvania federal judge Thursday that GlaxoSmithKline, a third party in the suit, is not cooperating with discovery requests.

Merck Hit With Antitrust Class Action Over Vaccine Data
Merck and Co. Inc. was hit with a putative antitrust class action in Pennsylvania federal court Friday by an Alabama medical provider alleging the pharmaceutical company lied about the efficacy rate of its mumps inoculation in an effort to keep competitors from bringing their own versions of the vaccine to market.
