Cointreau Sues To Block Rival Product From US Market
Cointreau Corp. filed a trademark infringement suit in Texas federal court Wednesday to stop Mexican orange liqueur Controy from being sold in the U.S., claiming the name and bottle design of the rival product is too similar to its own.
