Aeropostale OT Action Decertified After 'Worst-Ever' Deal
A California federal judge on Tuesday decertified a collective action consisting of nearly 600 Aeropostale Inc. employees who claimed the company had failed to timely pay their overtime wages, less than two weeks after blasting a proposed settlement between the parties as "one of the worst [he has] ever seen."
