AMF Bowling To Merge With Bowlmor Under New Ch. 11 Plan
AMF Bowling Worldwide Inc. has scrapped its previous Chapter 11 plan and says it will merge with Strike Holdings LLC, known as Bowlmor, creating what it says will be the world's largest bowling operator, according to documents filed Friday.

JPMorgan, Cerberus Not Bowled Over By AMF Ch. 11 Plan
JPMorgan Chase Bank NA and a unit of private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management LP on Monday objected to AMF Bowling Worldwide Inc.'s restructuring plan, telling a Virginia federal judge the bankrupt bowling center operator had not won over key lenders.
