Costco Slashes 'Natural' Drink False Label Class Action
A Washington judge on Thursday dismantled a putative class action accusing Costco Wholesale Corp. of selling "enhanced" beverages containing artificial caffeine that were falsely labeled as natural, but rejected arguments that the plaintiff lacked standing to sue.
