    'Disingenuous' IP Firm Founder Infringed Mark, Judge Finds

    A California federal judge ruled Thursday that the founder of IP law firm LegalForce RAPC infringed social network Nextdoor.com's trademark, calling it "disingenuous" for attorney Raj Abhyanker to argue that customers were unlikely to be confused by his use of the Nextdoor mark for a similar neighborhood-based network.
