Tenet Says Agreement Voids Ex-Nurse's Meal Break Suit

FLSA Collective Action Filed Against Tenet Over Meal Breaks
A registered nurse who formerly worked for Tenet Healthcare Corp. launched a proposed collection action Monday in Texas federal court, alleging the hospital chain denies its employees uninterrupted meal breaks and refuses to pay them for time worked off the clock.
