A California federal judge on Tuesday again refused to approve a proposed $1.75 million settlement in a class action claiming AlliedBarton Security Services LP shortchanged workers on vacation pay, saying the deal resembles a "horse trade" between plaintiffs' counsel and AlliedBarton and doesn't benefit the class.
