Navy Escapes Calif. Coastal Commission Redevelopment Suit
A California federal judge on Wednesday threw out a lawsuit brought against the U.S. Navy by the California Coastal Commission, a state agency seeking to stop expanded plans to redevelop a 16-acre naval complex, saying the Navy wasn't required to provide further environmental review.
