CMI Can't Escape Asetek's Computer Cooling Patent Suit
A California federal judge on Wednesday refused to throw out Asetek Danmark A/S' case accusing CMI USA Inc.'s computer-cooling systems of infringing two patents, saying that genuine factual issues remained regarding Asetek's allegations and CMI's invalidity claims, and he'd like a jury to resolve them.
