Halcon Fracking Contract Suit Sent Back To Pa. Court
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday remanded to state court a proposed class action by Mercer County landowners who claimed that Halcon Energy Properties Inc. reneged on contracts to lease their fracking rights and withdrew its agreements for more than 1,700 parcels of land.

Law Firm Says Gas Drilling Contract Claims Don't Stick
