Two creators of a traveling Titanic exhibit suing a Singaporean contractor for allegedly ripping off their show lost a bid to keep their trademark dispute in Florida when a federal judge ruled Wednesday that the claims were subject to Singaporean law.

Titanic Exhibitor Says Firm, Consultant Ripped Off Its Idea
A company that runs a Titanic exhibition launched a federal suit Tuesday in Florida alleging Singaporean exhibition and design firm Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. colluded with a former employee to steal its trade secrets and copyrights to design an almost identical Titanic exhibit in Macau.
