Shippers Say GM Can't Serve Antitrust Suit Via US Counsel
NYK Line (North America) Inc. and two other defendants in a multidistrict litigation over vehicle ocean shipping price-fixing urged a New Jersey federal court Monday to deny General Motors LLC's bid to serve them through their U.S. counsel, saying the carmaker is asking the court to "rewrite domestic and international law."
