AgFeed Judge Again Throws Out Claims Against Ex-CEO
A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Tuesday again tossed most of the claims against AgFeed Industries Inc.'s former CEO K. Ivan F. Gothner by the estate's liquidating trustee for breaches of fiduciary duty connected to an alleged $240 million accounting scandal, ruling that even revised claims don't sufficiently allege wrongdoing.
