Workers Win $2.2M For DNA Tests Seeking Defecator
A Georgia federal jury on Monday awarded two Atlas Logistics Group Retail Services LLC workers $2.23 million after their employer was held to violate federal law protecting genetic information when it forced the men to take DNA tests as it searched for a workplace defecator.
