9th Circ. Told Plaintiff Has Standing To Sue Spokeo Site
The plaintiff in a putative class action alleging "people search engine" Spokeo.com violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to revive the case, saying he suffered an actionable injury because the site provided prospective employers with inaccurate personal information about him.
