Google Pushes Fed. Circ. To Rehear Street View Patent Suit
Google Inc. urged the Federal Circuit on Monday to reconsider its finding that the company's Street View navigation service infringes patents held by Vederi LLC, claiming the appeals court gave too much credence to the original specifications of patents, rather than their amended claims, when it vacated a lower court's finding.
