Surfer Settles Row Over Kookbox Surfboard Trademark
Celebrity surfer Joel Tudor and the CEO of Kookbox Surfboards Inc. told a California federal judge Tuesday that they've settled a suit claiming Tudor tried to destroy the company and steal its trademark, ending a bitter dispute between Kookbox's co-owners and founders.
